We have grown from fewer than 100 employees in 2020 to over 500 in just three years, servicing more than 250 partners nationwide.

The expansion of our trade workforce is a direct response to market dynamics and client demand, taking into account the unpredictability and, particularly, the quality of available labour.

We firmly believe in investing in the development of our staff. Our dedicated in-house training team supports nearly 100 apprentices and supervisors throughout their training journey.

Additionally, we offer comprehensive, specialised pastoral care for all our employees, providing support to all international arrivals from airport departure to helping them settle in New Zealand, to mentoring and pastoral care of all our apprentices to regular check-ins and support of all our workers.
