NZBG has established a foothold in the New Zealand Construction Industry with a large team of multi-trade construction workers flexed between Residential and Commercial Contracts and Labour Hire (outsourced); capable of executing large-scale projects across multiple trade disciplines. NZBG’s pipeline of talented construction workers is recruited both locally and across the globe (utilising NZBG’s High Volume Triangular Accreditation status).
We pledge to invest in our talented construction workforce to execute all building work at a high, sustainable standard; to ensure we meet the growing demand for sustainable infrastructure within New Zealand. This is backed by membership of the Master Builders Association and Associate Membership of the Master Painters Association.

Carpentry
Our Carpentry team makes up the majority of our workforce. Including Carpenters, Blocklayers, Steel Fixers, Hammerhands and Apprentices – We cater to all skill levels and specialise in all types of Carpentry from Formwork to Finishing, across Residential & Commercial projects.
Site Management
Our experienced team will manage site operations to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, liaising with stakeholders, and contractors, managing logistics and providing solutions to ensure successful completion of your project.
Project Management
Our team of Project Managers offer end-to-end management of your project, drawing on our depth of experience to manage all aspects from inception to completion. Managing the fundamental pillars of the project; program, cost, quality whilst always staying across scope.
